A true industry veteran, most recently Durham served as executive vice president, business strategy at Carat Fusion for Carat's offices across the country, including New York, Boston, San Francisco, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
Before his stint at Carat Fusion, Durham was a founder of Pericles Communication, a political digital firm that helped advocacy and political groups tap into interactive marketing. Durham handled the online advertising strategy for five candidates, including the presidential and four senatorial races.
Prior to the launch of Pericles in 2003, Durham had been COO of Interep Interactive, which, under his direction, became the largest independent online ad sales company in the United States, and through co-marketing agreements, the largest internet rep company in the world. When Winstar Interactive was part of Winstar Communications, Durham joined in March of 1998 as VP of advertising sales. In 2000, Durham helped engineer the acquisition of Winstar Interactive Media by Interep Interactive, a unit of Interep (NASDAQ: IREP), one of the nation's largest radio rep firms.

Robert L. Ferguson
Born in Hong Kong, Robert has spent two decades living and working in the Asia-Pacific region, including Beijing, Hong Kong, Manila, Singapore, Seoul and Sydney.
Prior to catalyst sf, Robert was with an international marketing firm in China where he worked closely with multinational clients, including Boeing, Audi, Citi, Canali and VW, advising them on how to strategically position their brands in Asian markets. In his role as catalyst s+f’s Vice President, Robert oversees marketing strategy for a variety of client engagements, and brings strategic counsel and implementation oversight to client growth initiatives.
Robert received his B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and his MBA from the University of San Francisco. Robert lives in Mill Valley with his wife and enjoys playing golf and has a love of food and wine.
Holly has worked in a variety of industries from foreign investment to ecommerce with a focus on corporate digital advertising, event marketing, branding strategy, social media marketing, and analytics. As a Senior Brand Strategist at Catalyst s+f , Holly has worked with Distinguished Vineyard Winery and Partners, Silver Star Brands and Margaret O’Leary. Holly has her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco in marketing management.
Saad has worked in a variety of industries, with experience as a practicing corporate lawyer, to supply and quality control management as well as marketing in the aviation industry. As a marketer, he has experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, social media marketing, multi-channel content marketing and go-to-market strategy. As a Senior Brand Strategist at Catalyst s+f, Saad has worked with Silver Star Brands, Motorsport, and Comexposium. He has a Master’s in International Marketing from Hult International Business School.
